John’s extensive background in real estate, business, and teaching provide him a unique skill set to best assist his clients. Along with a college athletic scholarship, John earned a master’s degree in mathematics at UCSB, and instructed upper level math at several prestigious colleges in Santa Barbara, including UCSB. His skills and dedication working in academia transitioned into a successful real estate career, including ownership of a number one rated local bed and breakfast. John and his team are now grateful for the opportunity to share their vast experience and knowledge with clients, to help them achieve their desired lifestyle and real estate goals.
Page Bahura
Page’s background in real estate, business, management, and professional arts make her an invaluable asset to her clients and Bahura & Associates. Page learned real estate at an early age from her father, a prominent Santa Barbara and Montecito area architect and investor. After graduating college, raising two sons, running a successful local business, and working several high level management positions, she returned back to her love of design and real estate. Page’s success comes from a culmination of skills, dedication and hard work. She offers her clients an experience that few Realtors can, and is passionate about the beauty and lifestyles of the destinations she lives and works in.
Robert Watt
Robert has been a successful real estate agent since 2004. His strong work ethic and passion for helping people is an asset to the Bahura & Associates team. With vast resources, superior marketing, and knowledge of the local area, Robert provides exceptional service in both buying and selling.
